Delete your Rhythms account

Enter the email associated with your account. We’ll send you a 6-digit code to confirm. After confirmation your account is locked, and you have 7 days to recover by clicking the email link.

If you subscribed on the web, your subscription will be cancelled automatically and you won’t be charged again. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel Rhythms in Settings > Apple Account to stop future charges. Either way, charges already made aren’t refunded.
